The value to people of our service is achieving their objectives efficiently and effectively.

The expenses we incur

We charge for our time. Our charges are based on time spent at fixed hourly rates. Our hourly rates are based on rates set as reasonable by the local county court.
FIXED COSTS
To give clients certainty we charge fixed costs wherever possible.
ESTIMATED COSTS
It is not always possible to charge fixed costs. This is because sometimes the work has a degree of unpredictability.
Client’s objectives still need to be achieved and so estimated costs (as opposed to fixed costs) build in a little flexibility to allow for the unpredictable
In these cases we provide at the outset a detailed estimate based on our experience, of the total amount the matter is likely to cost.
In the event the estimate needs to be revised we will let you know straight away and explain why.
