I studied English Law and French Law at the University of Canterbury and qualified as a solicitor in 1998 after a two year training contract with a large Legal Practice in the West Midlands.
Shortly after qualification I moved to a smaller high street practice in Warwickshire where I specialised in residential conveyancing for seven years until the arrival of my two children.
Whilst the children were very young I worked as a Will writer and Estate planner. This has developed my skills and I am now able to offer advice in Wills and probate as well as Conveyancing.
Once my children had started at nursery and school I wanted to return to full time work as a solicitor again. The role of consultant solicitor with AWG enables me to do this and I have seized the opportunity with both hands.
I am delighted to be working with AWG solicitors now as I am able to work flexibly and offer a personal and bespoke service to my clients.
I work during the daytime whilst the children are at school and then evenings too when most of my clients are also free to discuss their transactions in the comfort of their own homes and are not constrained by the working day.
I cover Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands primarily although I am happy to cover other areas too.
My ethos is work hard and play hard and my aim is to ensure that I have happy clients who will recommend me to all of their friends and family and who might even enjoy the process of moving house!
I love my lifestyle and my work and I would be pleased to help any clients who require a flexible and personal approach to legal advice, whilst having the comfort of a fully qualified and professional service.
